Salts Shipping and Returns Policy Return Policy We would like you to shop with confidence at the Salts Studio Boutique online store, and be 100% satisfied with your purchases. Therefore, you may return an item, within 10 days of receiving it for a full refund, store credit, or exchange*. Shipping and handling charges are non- refundable. All items returned must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with all tags attached. *Unfortunately, we cannot return the following items: sale items cosmetics skincare products undergarments These items will be marked as Final Sale in the listings. How to Return/Exchange Pack and seal the item in the original package, if you can, including the receipt and reason for the exchange. Send the package to the address below. V9Z 1H5 Canada Refund, Store Credit or Exchange A refund, store credit or exchange will be issued as soon as we receive and process your return. Refund: We will refund the full purchase price to you through the same method that you payed, is paypal, credit card or check. Store Credit: We can also issue an online gift certificate for the full purchase price that can be used for further purchases at the Salts Online Store or the Salts Boutique in Sooke, BC. Exchange: If there is no difference in price between the item you are returning and the item you are purchasing (even exchange) we will ship the new item within 24 hours. No further transaction is necessary. If the exchange generates a credit for you we will refund the amount through your original payment method. If the exchange generates a balance due, we will send an email to arrange your payment, which can be processed through PayPal, credit card, 2co or by phone. Salts Clothing offers FREE shipping on all Canadian orders over $100 by Canada Post Expedited Delivery (less than 5 days to most of Canada). Items are usually shipped next business day and have an average transit time of approximately 2 days to major metropolitan areas, and 3 days to more rural areas. We do not process orders on the weekend, so orders placed on Friday usually ship out on Monday. Please note that while Canada Post Expedited is fast and usually ships next business day, the arrival time is not guaranteed. If you need a guaranteed arrival time, you may purchase Overnight Shipping at an additional charge. Please note that all orders over $500 require a signature upon delivery.
